Your agreement with MatureSearch
MatureSearch is built to be one of the legit dating apps where people can meet real, local singles without wading through bots or fake accounts. These Terms & Conditions govern every visitor and registered member, and they exist to keep MatureSearch among the safest dating apps available by setting clear expectations for conduct, authenticity and account use.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing MatureSearch, creating a profile, or tapping any registration or chat button constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of our Privacy Policy. If you use MatureSearch on behalf of yourself only - the service is not intended for use by, or on behalf of, any third party without that person's direct consent and participation.
2. Eligibility and the 18+ Age Requirement
MatureSearch is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and over. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that all information you provide about your age and identity is accurate. Accounts found to misstate age or identity are suspended or permanently closed without refund.
3. Account Registration & Conduct Rules
Each member may maintain one account, tied to accurate contact details and a profile that reflects a real person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Members are expected to communicate respectfully, honor stated preferences and boundaries, and refrain from pressuring other users for personal contact details, money or off-platform meetings before trust is established.
4. Prohibited Activities
MatureSearch maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward behavior that undermines trust in the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account review or termination:

- Creating a fake, duplicate, stolen-photo or catfish profile, or impersonating another person.
- Using bots, scripts or automated tools to scrape, message or inflate profile activity.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or sending unsolicited explicit content.
- Soliciting money, gifts, financial information or off-platform payments from other members.
- Advertising, promoting a business, or recruiting for another service or site.
- Uploading content that depicts anyone under 18 or that violates applicable law.
Reports of any of the above are reviewed promptly, and confirmed violations result in permanent removal from MatureSearch with no entitlement to a refund of any amount already paid.
5. Subscription & Billing Disclaimer
Certain features of MatureSearch may be offered on a paid, subscription, or one-time-purchase basis. Specific pricing, billing cycles and cancellation mechanics are presented to you at the point of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Charges are processed through the payment method you provide, and it is your responsibility to review the terms shown before confirming any purchase. MatureSearch is not responsible for charges resulting from shared devices or accounts left logged in.
6. Content Ownership & Profile Guidelines
You retain ownership of the photos, text and messages you upload, but you grant MatureSearch a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the service. Profile photos must be of yourself, current, and free of contact details, watermarks or promotional material. MatureSearch may remove content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
MatureSearch provides a platform for introductions and does not guarantee the accuracy of any member's statements, the outcome of any conversation or meeting, or compatibility between users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatureSearch and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interactions that occur offline.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MatureSearch, its operators and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss or expense - including reasonable legal fees - arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or content you submit that infringes on the rights of another person.
9. Dispute Resolution
Most concerns can be resolved informally by contacting MatureSearch support directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal claims, and any resulting proceeding will be conducted individually rather than as part of a class action.
10. Termination and Suspension
MatureSearch may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, poses a risk to other members, or remains inactive for an extended period. You may close your account at any time from your settings; doing so removes your public profile and ends further billing, subject to the terms disclosed at purchase.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where MatureSearch operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
